Thanks for shopping with DNG Comics.
All of our comics and merchandise are unique collectible items.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 5 business days of purchase, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, email support@dngcomics.com with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@dngcomics.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
EU & UK Customers
If you are based in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order. During this period, you may return items for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To exercise this right, email support@dngcomics.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:
- Signed or graded comics (due to authentication and grading seals)
- Framed editions
- Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
